“Spent Saturday night at this hotel. After the mix up with our room was remedied we met the woman from housekeeping who was extremely friendly and helpful! We then went to the restaurant for a drink and dinner before we left for the concert. There we met Amit our bartender/waiter and now our friend. He was another friendly face, helpful with our choice of what to have for dinner and drinks available. We had a very pleasant conversation, a few laughs and a nice meal. All in all a very nice start to the evening. High marks for the staff we met and the service we received!”

“I recently stayed at the Columbus Airport Marriott for two nights while attending a convention hosted at the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and worked well for a conference setting. The hotel had plenty of meeting and guest room space, so the event never felt overcrowded. The location was easy to get to, and parking was plentiful and convenient, which made arrival and departure stress-free. The staff throughout the hotel were courteous and professional. The food was better than average for conference hotel dining, which was a nice surprise. The guest rooms were decent and comfortable enough for a short stay. They weren’t especially luxurious or memorable, but they were perfectly adequate. My main disappointment was with housekeeping. Items that were used during the stay, such as towels, coffee supplies, and hand lotion, were not replaced automatically, which was inconvenient. Overall, this is a solid, practical hotel for business travel, conferences, or short stays, especially if convenience and accessibility are priorities.”

“Got checked in after a long day and walked into our first room, which based purely on smell, maybe had a service dog or pet in it prior to us. Darius, the best person in the world, very quickly resolved this for us and brought us new keys to a new room right across the hall. This was the best case scenario solution. He was super kind and made what was a not-so-great day into a good one. Thanks Darius!”
